Cancellation Policy
When booking appointment, a confirmation message is sent to your phone, along with a reminder message two days prior to your appointment.
Appointment changes or cancellation within 2 days, or failure to attend your appointment will incur a charge as follows:
50% for any cosmetic tattoo service
100% of all other services
We understand life can be hectic at times, and things pop up where you may need to change your appointment, however cancellations or rescheduling* at short notice places considerable stress upon business as we are often unable to fill the time slot which we have held for you.
It is for this reason that the cancellation policy exists, and will be enforced.
*Genuine unforeseen circumstances are considered
